“Sparkling Tea” Pairing

About the Event

Join us for our first ever “Sparkling Tea” Pairing! This brunch-time event will include pairings with our Easter Bonbon Collection paired with elegant bubbly cocktails including the Bellini, Kir Royale and (of course) the Mimosa. In addition, served buffet-style, we will have freshly baked scones (with options- butter, passion fruit curd and cream), house-made profiteroles, mini-cookies (made from some of our SPC frozen cookie doughs!) and a selection of hot teas. A memorable celebration of Spring flavors, Easter and mothers!
