About the Event

Join us for a remarkable evening featuring Basil Hayden. Indulge in a delightful three-course dinner, with each course expertly paired with a crafted cocktail, and a guided tasting flight.

Enjoy a welcoming reception that includes local cheese sampling, a signature welcome cocktail, and the chance to personalize your own wooden charcuterie board.

First Course:
sweet potato bourbon soup with brown butter

Cocktail – Basil Sling
basil hayden toast, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, angostura bitters, lemon peel, mint

Second Course:
duck confit with spaetzle, wild mushroom, wilted spinach, bourbon au poivre

Cocktail – Chamomile Honey Whiskey Sour
basil hayden 10 yr, lemon juice, chamomile honey syrup, orange bitters

Third Course:
whiskey cake with cinnamon ice cream & cherry gastrique

Cocktail – Kalamath
basil hayden malted rye, amaro montenegro, fino sherry, pimento bitters
