Every year, Rumorosa pays homage to this beautiful tradition, and this year is no exception. This occasion, Chef Cesar Oceguera has prepared an elegant menu around the spirit that defines Mexican tradition, agave. Every course is infused with Tequila or Mezcal and paired with a cocktail that completes the full sensory experience.

Amuse Bouche: Blue Corn Masa Tartlet
First: Scallop Crudo paired with Guava Mezcalita
Second: Pulpo Zarandeado Crispy Rice paired with Tequila Coconut Sour
Third: Baja Steak Sushi Roll paired with Mexican Candy Cocktail
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Mezcal Cake paired with Mezcal Carajillo
