Guests can expect Fresh Roasted Hatch Chiles straight from the grill, street fair favorites like Hatch Burgers, Chicken Sausages, and Roasted Corn, sweet treats like CVT Soft Serve Ice Cream, live vendor demos and tastings from Evolution, Remedy, Zespri, and Melissa’s Produce.
