Holiday Pop-up Bar at Odysea Waterfront Lounge

Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s Holiday Odysea Waterfront Lounge, in celebration of the festive season, is whipping up myriad merry and bright cocktails. Renowned for its one-of-a-kind drinks and refreshing bites, the “Liquid Adventure” bar will offer four warm and wintry concoctions for guests and locals alike.

This will include a Cozy Cabin Cocoa served up with hot chocolate, spiced rum, cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg while topped with a pinch of cayenne, salt and whipped cream and a Polar Peppermint Patty mixed with hot chocolate, Yukon Jack, peppermint schnapps, topped with whipped cream and rimmed with candy cane pieces.

Those looking to warm up with toddy-like cocktails can order the Rudolph’s Rum Cider crafter with dark rum, apple cider, cinnamon, clove, allspice, cardamom and garnished with an apple slice or the Santa’s Spiced Bourbon Cider made with bourbon, apple cider, and orange juice while garnished with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.
