InterContinental San Diego Summer Soiree Pop-Ups and Concert

Celebrate the sounds, styles and flavors of summer at InterContinental San Diego during their Summer Soiree event on Saturday, July 27 from 1pm-6pm featuring the return of the hotel’s rooftop concert series, brand-new food and beverage offerings from their pool bar, Layover, and pop-ups featuring global fashion brand LoveShackFancy, San Diego based brands Local Beach and VOLO Beauty, and summer inspired flash tattoos by @twin.suns.

Groove to the beats of Alific Music from 3pm-6pm at the hotel’s 4th floor pool bar Layover. The five-piece band combines reggae-influenced grooves with an electronic execution to create a unique and captivating musical experience that is both energizing and calming. Leader, Brendan Dane, has toured with KBong and Johnny Cosmic, and has shared the stage with Slightly Stoopid, Iration, and more! Guests can indulge in Layover’s new Island-inspired menu fresh, local seafood and craft cocktails.

Plus, during the Summer Soiree pop-up you can shop for a good cause with global fashion brand LoveShackFancy . Shop from the brand’s bestsellers and newest fashions while enjoying Layover’s special cocktail created for the collaborative event, the Bayside Blushin’, a refreshing pink guava slushie made with Silver tequila, triple sec, guava nectar, lime, with Tajin rim. 25% from every Bayside Blushin’ cocktail sold at Layover and 10% of all LoveShackFancy sales will be donated to local nonprofit My Girlfriend’s Closet, that collects quality, gently used clothing, shoes and accessories and distributes these items to foster, homeless and economically disadvantaged teenage girls and young women. Clothing donations will also be accepted during the event for any new or lightly-worn clothing.
