Each pour is a tribute to this zesty, salt-rimmed favorite.

As part of The Rooftop Bar’s new Postcard Series, guests are invited to celebrate the holiday with specialty cocktails and receive a custom postcard detailing the cocktail’s recipe and history to take home.
