About the Event

Join Wild Foodie Tours to immerse yourself in Chinese culture as you enjoy a traditional gourmet Chinese meal with Peking Duck–the National Dish of China–carved tableside with steamed buns, in addition to lettuce wraps with minced duck and vegetables, and duck soup. Or, enjoy a traditional Cantonese meal of your choice with three dishes. Both options include your choice of traditional Chinese tea.

You’ll also learn about the history of Peking Duck as a symbol of Chinese culture and heritage, proper etiquette when dining out with the Chinese, the correct way to use chopsticks, and gain insight into Chinese history and culture. Includes walking tour through the Asian Cultural District of San Diego.
