The 90-minute journey begins with a gong activation: Step into an oversized Tibetan singing bowl, rest your hands on the frame of a gong, and release tension as the deep vibrations ripple through your body. Next, lie back on your own personal raft or poolside lounger for 60 minutes of sound healing.
