Local brands Rais Case and Mr. B’s Luminaries share a collaborative space at Flower Hill Promenade in Del Mar, which just finished a $30 million refresh. Rais Case, owned by husband-wife duo Grant and Julie Ellis, offers super-stylish handbags, pillows, and accessories with bright patterns made from repurposed materials like burlap coffee sacks and Pendleton blankets. Mr. B’s Luminaries is a line of luxe soy–wax candles. Each candle is hand-poured and scented with essential oils.
