Inspired by Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked pint and her own love for ice cream, Tasting Room Del Mar Chef de Cuisine Jenny Goycochea took the same flavors and transformed them into her own idea: a dark chocolate cremeux topped with powdered Nutella, cookie dough, a Mexican chocolate brownie, salted caramel ice cream, vanilla bean whipped cream, and a dash of La Jolla sea salt. It’s a sweet, savory, and sophisticated nod to the popular pint.
