Yoga has been a big part of Kosha Nathwani’s life. The family medicine physician at Scripps Clinic, Encinitas, credits her lifelong practice for mindfulness-based stress reduction during challenging times in her life, including medical school, the COVID-19 pandemic and raising two young children.
