A celeb-packed crowd flocked to Del Mar Country Club to raise money for the SEAL–Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation, benefitting active-duty Navy SEALs and their families. High-profile attendees at the second annual event included Drew Brees, Lance Armstrong, Brian Malarkey, former NFL linebacker Donnie Edwards, and more. During the live auction, business magnate T. Boone Pickens and his wife, Madeleine Pickens, who owns Del Mar Country Club, announced they would match all the funds raised that night, ultimately leading to a $1.6 million donation for the foundation.
