SummerFest LIVE @ The Loft
La Jolla Music Society presents SummerFest: Live @ The Loft at UC San Diego’s The Loft on Friday, August 9 with two performances at 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Food and drinks will be available from Zanzibar Café prior to each performance. Join Music Director Cho-Liang Lin and friends in this modern and casual setting for a SummerFest event unlike any before it. With no distance between the audience and the musicians, experience your favorite SummerFest artists from a new perspective. Musicians Philippe Quint, Joshua Roman, Steven Lin and others will play a sampling of short 20th century works by Bartók, Ives, Debussy and Villa-Lobos.
