Elizabeth Spencer loves food—and the aloha spirit. She brings those passions to her role as Private Dining Director of Roy’s Restaurant. Whether helping plan an event or offering a curated Hawaiian fusion dining experience, Liz and her team are thoughtful, innovative, and driven to share Roy’s unique flavors and ambiance with all who visit.
Liz began her time at Roy’s as a host and rose to her current position because of her demonstrated attention to detail and love of people. Liz attributes her success to the lasting relationships she’s built in and out of the industry. “[Those connections] really allow me to be creative, to bring my client’s vision to fruition,” she says. “I’m able to help them to create memorable moments and experiences that bring people together.”
In her spare time, Liz enjoys reading, walks along the marina, family nights, and time with her cat.
