Join us for an evening of bold flavors and spirited pairings at Piper on Thursday, June 26th from 6PM to 9PM, as we present Sips & Seasons: A Tequila Tasting Dinner with Lo Siento.

Enjoy a curated Three-course menu featuring Piper’s fresh, California-inspired cuisine, each dish expertly paired with a selection of premium tequilas from Lo Siento—a brand celebrated for sustainably farmed 100% Blue Weber Agave in the Jalisco Highlands. Lo Siento’s tequilas are distilled with tradition, passion, and authenticity, offering a smooth sip for both seasoned connoisseurs and curious newcomers.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore the nuances of tequila through guided tastings, interactive pairings, and stories behind the Lo Siento brand—all while enjoying Piper’s signature farm-to-table approach and seasonal ingredients.
