About the Event

Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath & Healing experience designed to help you reset, unwind, and choose calm.

From 10:00–11:00 am, guests will be guided through a soothing sound bath, where calming vibrations gently wash over the body and nervous system. Set against the serene coastal energy of La Jolla, this immersive experience invites you to ground yourself, restore balance, and settle into deep relaxation.

Following the Sound Bath, guests are invited to stay and explore a Mini Wellness Market from 11:00 am–12:00 pm, featuring a curated selection of local wellness vendors (to be announced). Browse thoughtfully selected goods, connect with the community, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.
