Guests taste, vote, and interact directly with chefs, while an expert judging panel calls out notable dishes. Attendees will crown one overall winner and three runner-up restaurants for a high-caliber sushi showdown. The event will feature live music, beverage tasting experiences, and more to benefit San Diego’s Convoy Pan Asian Cultural and Business Innovation District.
