To achieve this, they import premium Hokkaido wheat flour and special ramen sauces directly from their homeland. They even shipped specialized professional equipment, including their custom noodle-making machines, all the way to California. This extraordinary dedication allows them to craft fresh, MSG-free noodles and rich umami broth daily, perfectly replicating their MICHELIN-recognized quality locally.
