To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria, Executive Chef Emmanuel Piqueras of Pisco was joined by Chef Ricardo Zarate of Rosaliné in Los Angeles to craft a tray-passed menu of small bites, and Master Distiller Johnny Schuler of Pisco Caravedo flew in from Lima to pair each dish with a pisco cocktail.
