You won’t have to drive quite as far north to taste San Marcos-based Lost Abbey’s famous barrel-aged brews anymore. The former Small Brewery of the Year has just opened new tasting room The Confessional in Cardiff’s Seaside Market shopping center. Two dozen taps serve beers from The Lost Abbey, The Hop Concept, and Port Brewing Company, all of which will also be sold in bottles and available to fill growlers. Looking for a food pairing?
