The new Bonobos Guideshop at Westfield UTC just might stop the madness. Customers can make a free appointment to get fitted properly and see the current stock in person. Appointments also come with style advice and free beer, courtesy of Stone Brewing Co. The catch? You don’t leave the store with your goods in tow. Customers must place an order online, either in store or at home. But shipping is free; so are returns. Jury’s out on whether this retail model makes sense, although we love the seemingly futuristic approach to shopping.
