The best of beer and the best of cheese—together at last. Nestled into the back of Bottlecraft’s North Park beer retail shop is Venissimo Cheese’s latest location. Grab a bottle of your favorite craft brew and take it up to the cheese counter to find the perfect pairing, or pick up a gooey panini, burrata bowl, or prepacked mini cheese plate. Venissimo cheesemonger Rob Graff has plans for cheese classes, tastings, and pairings onsite. Free “Tiny Tastings” begin this month: three cheeses (cow, goat, and sheep), condiments, and background info in just 10 minutes. When the onsite license comes through, you’ll be able to crack a bottle of beer and sit at one of the streetside tables to enjoy it with your cheese, too.
