Glass Box Partners Up With Suntory Spirits For A 6-Course Dinner Event

About the Event

Oysters, Wagyu, and Cocktails? I can’t think of a more perfect combination than that! Glass Box in Del Mar is partnering up with Suntory Spirits to host a 6-course dinner and cocktail pairing on June 13th. The dinner will be from 6pm – 8pm and cost only $85 per person.

Each dish and cocktail pairing has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase the artistry and skill of Glass Box’s award-winning chef, Ethan Yang, complemented perfectly by Suntory’s premium spirits.

The dinner includes:

Course 1: Fresh oyster with lychee mignonette paired with Haku Vodka Cocktail
Course 2: Cherry Blossom Smoked Duck Breast paired with Roku Gin Cocktail
Course 3: Grilled Bronzino with hoisin and wasabi crust served with soba noodles and paired with Suntory Ao World Whiskey Cocktail
Course 4: Sous Vide Chicken Breast with truffle butter, smoked salt, and creamy polenta and paired with Suntory Toki Cocktail
Course 5: Wagyu Beef with harmony sauce paired with Hibiki
Course 6: Ice Cream with spiced fig compote paired with Yamazaki 12 Year Old Whiskey
