Our spectacular Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet offers an array of seasonal delights, thoughtfully crafted to create an unforgettable dining experience. The menu features a chilled seafood bar with snow crab cocktail claws, shrimp, and oysters, along with farm-fresh salads, including salt-roasted beet and Waldorf salad. Enjoy comforting sides like buttery mashed potatoes, jalapeño cornbread, and traditional sourdough stuffing. Carving stations will offer herb-brined roasted turkey with Grand Marnier cranberry sauce, prime rib with mushroom demi-glace, and cedar plank salmon. Finish with indulgent desserts such as pumpkin pie, pear crème brûlée, and salted caramel pecan cake.
