About the Event

Learn how to make cultured milk & milk products through fermentation!

The experience includes:
– Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
– Demonstration of cultured probiotic-rich dairy foods such as yogurt, kefir, and fresh cheese!
– Holiday bonus: Sample cultured eggnog
– Includes a take-home milk kefir culture

We’ll be snacking on some cultured dairy treats, too, including eggnog!
