Olivewood Gardens’ Seedling Soirée

June 1

Olivewood Gardens & Learning Center will host a sold-out Seedling Soirée at its sprawling historic property in National City. Guests will be treated to a farm-to-table “forage & feast” experience curated by Olivewood “Kitchenistas,” local chefs, brewers, distillers, and vintners to support nutrition and environmental education programs. 

National City Cancer Walk

June 1

Grab your walking shoes and head to Pepper Park for the National City Cancer Walk. The walk will raise awareness and money to help make a difference for cancer patients and their families. 

City Ballet’s Ballet in the Park

June 9

Support City Ballet and explore the recently renovated Mingei Museum at the dance company’s Ballet in the Park fundraiser. The event will feature a ballet performance, live music, food, and drinks, plus the chance to mingle with City Ballet dancers. 

Casa de Amporo’s FORE the Casa Kids Golf Tournament

June 17

Tee off at the FORE the Casa Kids Golf Tournament to bolster programs that help local kids and families affected by, or at risk of, child abuse. The tournament at The Havens Country Club will be followed by cocktails, an auction, and an awards dinner. 

4th Annual Juneteenth Charity Golf Tournament

June 17

The fourth annual Juneteenth Charity Golf Tournament will benefit youth programs Mandate Project Impact and Walk With Me Impact. The event at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club will include Hole-In-One, Long Drive, and Closest to the Pin contests, refreshments, and prizes.

6th Annual Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival

June 23

Indulge your sweet tooth for a good cause at the sixth annual Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival. The frosty festival along North Park Way will benefit the Berry Good Food Foundation. Watch out for brain freeze!
