Bayside Restaurant is celebrating 25 years of fine dining service in Newport Beach with an exclusive wine pairing dinner October 3, featuring an exquisite five-course chef’s menu paired with renowned wines from the award-winning producers at Silver Oak Cellars and Twomey. This luxe dining experience has been thoughtfully crafted to highlight the nuances of each wine and dish served, including a hors d’oeuvres trio paired with a 2022 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc, White King Salmon paired with 2022 Twomey Russian River Pinot Noir, Venison Loin Medallions with 2019 Alexander Valley Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, and a New York Strip Steak served with 2018 Napa Valley Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon. To complete the evening, indulge in a decadent Crème Brûlée served alongside coffee or tea, the perfect sweet finish to an extraordinary meal.
