Beeside Balcony La Jolla Hosts 5-Course Wine Dinner Featuring Duckhorn Wines

Indulge in a night of culinary delight and exquisite wine! Beeside Balcony in La Jolla is pairing up with Duckhorn Vineyards to create a unique taste testing menu. The event will take place Wednesday, November 8th, from 7pm – 9pm, with tickets being $135 per person. Entrance includes exclusive giveaway, and a chance to purchase Duckhorn vintages at less than retail price.

Beeside Balcony’s Chef Christophe has curated the perfect 5-course culinary journey that harmoniously compliments Duckhorn Vineyards exceptional vintages. The pairing will elevate your dining experience to new heights, with foods including Oyster Côte d’Azur, Salmon Tartare, Crab Cakes, Petite Lamb Bolognese, Denver Steak sliced with Peppercorn Sauce and garlic mashed, finishing with a chocolate cupcake drizzled with Raspberry Ganache.

Duckhorn Vineyards will be featuring their Sparkling wine, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet & Single Vineyard.

Beeside Balcony prides itself on sourcing from local-farms and suppliers, utilizing sushi-grade seafood, and importing only the finest cheeses from across the world. Chef Christophe’s menus are inspired by his Spanish and Italian heritage, utilizing culture to create only the tastiest and delectable dishes.

Duckhorn Vineyards, a name synonymous with excellence in winemaking, was founded in 1976 in Napa Valley. Being one of the first 40 wineries established in Napa, Duckhorn has over 40 years of experience in the delicacy of fine wine.
