Create your own glowing ceramic lantern! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design and build a clay luminary with carved or pierced patterns that cast beautiful light. Beginners welcome — we’ll glaze and fire your piece for you after class so it’s ready to shine.

Learn handbuilding fundamentals including rolling slabs, shaping forms, securely joining pieces, and preparing surfaces for successful firing
Create a ceramic luminary from start to finish, including forming the structure, carving or piercing patterns, and creating a beautiful design
