Cinco de Mayo Celebration at Seaport Village

Join the fiesta and celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Seaport Village! The free community event, presented in partnership with Canal 12 Televisa, will feature a vibrant array of live entertainment and cultural performances for the whole family to enjoy. Taking place in the Lighthouse District from 1 to 5 p.m., highlights of the day include: 

* Captivating ballet folklórico performances by local ensemble Folklórico Ti-Pai and an interactive salsa dancing workshop by Deseo Studios.

* Groove to the beats of DJ Nando, one of San Diego’s top Hispanic DJs, who’ll be  spinning a lively setlist in his larger-than-life “cabezones.” 

* Live music from premiere mariachi group Mariachi Nueva Tradición, and a closing performance by Fercho, a renowned Latin vocalist and former Olympic boxer.

* Plenty of contests, raffles, and photo ops with Televisa’s on-air hosts and TEBEO, Canal 12’s beloved yellow mouse mascot.

* Delicious bites & beverages from Seaport Village eateries like Marion’s Fish Market, Mike Hess & Quiero Tacos, Crack Taco, Margarita’s Kitchen & Cantina, and more.
