Mastering Pie Crust for Sweet and Savory Recipes
Delve into the fundamentals of crafting the perfect pie crust, from choosing the right ingredients to mastering rolling and shaping techniques. Chef Nikki will demonstrate how to achieve that ideal flaky texture and golden-brown finish, whether you’re making perfect pie dough, empanadas or a crostata.
