About the Event

Learn how to stock your fridge with homemade fermented probiotic condiments!

Often overlooked, condiments are unsung heroes, an important part of adding flavor to our favorite main dishes!

Join Austin Durant, author and founder of Fermenters Club, as he takes you through the most popular condiments, showing how each can be fermented.

LEARN: We’ll explain fermentation and have a brief discussion about the benefits of making and eating fermenting foods
DEMO: We’ll show you how easy it is to start making fermented condiments such as ketchup, mustard, salsa, chutney and hot sauce at home!
TASTE: We’ll have a variety of fermented pickle styles to sample
DO IT TOGETHER: Roll up your sleeves and make a jar of condiments to take home and ferment.

Includes your own take-home mason jars of mustard and ketchup.
SAVE $10 when you bring a friend! (Each guest must have a ticket).
