About the Event

“A 30-minute Gentle yoga class suitable for most skill levels. No prior yoga experience is needed. Followed by a relaxing 30-minute soundbath meditation.

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable in meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring drinking water!

Please register before class begins. Thank you.”
