About the Event

This lecture is an opportunity to learn what mindfulness is and is not. We will explore the application of this ancient teaching to reduce stress, anxiety, and suffering. The practice of mindfulness often leads to a sense of balance, connection and wellbeing. Presented by Sofía Puerta Webber.
