Celebrate Mother’s Day with a Coastal Brunch to Remember

Honor the mothers and mother figures in your life with an indulgent oceanfront brunch at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa. This year’s Mother’s Day celebration features a beautifully curated buffet that brings together the season’s freshest flavors, elegant presentations, and heartfelt hospitality.

Enjoy a chef-curated buffet featuring made-to-order omelets, French toast bread pudding, crispy sugar waffles, and fresh seasonal sides. Savor chilled Baja prawns, oysters with rosé mignonette, and bay shrimp ceviche, alongside carved New York striploin, lemon thyme–brined king salmon, and boneless half chicken. Finish with assorted pastries and Chef Jacqueline’s signature mini desserts.
