Serpent and Stone Grand Opening

About the Event

Step into the divine as Serpent & Stone, Downtown San Diego’s new Greek-inspired restaurant and speakeasy tucked behind Salvatore’s Cucina and Lounge, officially opens its doors on Friday, September 4.

The new concept from San Diego restaurateur Saul Ayala, owner of both Serpent & Stone and Salvatore’s Cucina and Lounge, brings together Greek-inspired dining, mythology-driven cocktails and late-night energy in a moody, intimate setting.

Join the grand opening celebration from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and enjoy complimentary welcome champagne, tray-passed small bites, fire dancers, belly dancers and a live DJ as Serpent & Stone transitions from dinner into a late-night destination.

Guests can explore a contemporary menu of Greek and Mediterranean favorites, including chicken souvlaki, Greek meatballs, charcoaled Aegean octopus, grilled skewers and The Gorgon Platter, alongside signature cocktails inspired by Greek mythology.

The grand opening is open to the public, with guests welcome to stop by throughout the evening for dinner, cocktails and entertainment. Dinner will be served until 10 p.m., with the celebration continuing until 2:00 a.m.

Reservations are encouraged for dinner.
