Celebrate Thanksgiving with a luxurious prix fixe menu at The Marine Room, featuring a thoughtfully crafted selection of gourmet dishes with stunning oceanfront views. Enjoy exquisite flavors with options like roasted Diestel turkey breast with confit turkey thigh, pan-roasted venison with bone marrow crust, and fresh Chilean seabass. Delight in creative appetizers like cold smoked bluefin tuna and heirloom carrot mosaic, and indulge in decadent desserts like pumpkin cake brûlée and candied pecan tart.
Menu items include: Amuse: Pumpkin Spiced Gougère; First Course: Cold Smoked Bluefin Tuna, Frenched Lamb Chop, Heirloom Carrot Mosaic; Second Course: Roasted Beet Salad, White Bean Soup; Entrées: Roasted Diestel Turkey Breast, Pan-Roasted Venison, Root Vegetable Fricassee (vegan), Grilled Filet Mignon, Chilean Seabass; Desserts: Pumpkin Cake, Candied Pecan Tart.
