About the Event

Tsuki Night at Matsu returns on the last Tuesday of the month, transforming the Oceanside fine dining favorite into a lively, moonlit celebration of Japanese street culture. This month’s edition features a special one-night-only collaboration with Chef Marcus Twilegar, blending Japanese and Filipino flavors in a street market-inspired menu. Expect bold bites, creative cocktails, and a high-energy izakaya vibe led by Chef William Eick and team. Come for the food, stay for the experience. Expect a creative, craveable menu, playful cocktails by @the_headless_barman, and curated pours from Matsu’s in-house sake sommelier.
