Grab a seat on their terraza and order up the green shrimp ceviche tostada. The flavors are bright and refreshing, but pack a punch in each bite. Tender shrimp are doused in fresh lime juice, with bits of serrano peppers, tomatillos, and cilantro, hence the name. It pairs nicely with a sparkling lemonade or Baja craft brew.
