Recipe for Success: The bean-based burger is juicy, the avocado and hummus spreads are generous, and the bun is fluffy. Veggie burgers are usually messy, and while the grainy patty remains intact, it’s the spreads that make it slide—nothing that a few napkins can’t help. It’s served with a side salad, which is just enough, considering how filling the burger is. Pre-Padres game perfection!
