Like peanut butter and jelly or spaghetti and meatballs, some pairings are just meant to be. That’s the feeling we had when we heard that Tajima and Carnitas’ Snack Shack would be collaborating on a ramen bowl.
Available throughout this month at all Tajima locations, the Pig Meets Ramen bowl features a traditional tonkotsu broth poured over Snack Shack pork belly and cooked in a sweet soy sauce. Lucky diners might even spy Carnitas’ chef-owner Hanis Cavin working the line at a Tajima location, so you can geek out while you pig out.
