Grab your passport and prepare to please your palate. The third annual Valle Food & Wine Fest returns on October 5, just 65 miles south of the border in Valle de Guadalupe.
Founded by famed chefs Javier Plascencia and Nancy Silverton and food writer Carolina Carreño, the festival at Plascencia’s Finca Altozano restaurant is a mashup of wine and beer tastings, artisan markets, live music, and celebrity chef food stations—Wolfgang Puck, Rick Bayless, and Eduardo García are all slated to attend.
