Very Important Taco: Juan’s Breakfast Tacos

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

We never thought we could love anything as much as Snooze’s half-and-half plate (where you can mix and match half orders of anything, like eggs Benedict or chocolate waffles) but then we tried the breakfast tacos. Simple and a little spicy, they come on fresh-made corn or flour tortillas, with eggs, cheese, salsa, and green chile hollandaise. As with most tacos, they are better with some kind of pork, so try adding crispy bacon or sausage.

Snooze has two locations in San Diego: 2950 Fifth Avenue in Hillcrest and 3435 Del Mar Heights Road in Carmel Valley.
