Home to a flower shop, clothing boutique, and makers’ market, Suite C at 1817 South Coast Highway is proof that running three businesses in a space just under 1,000 square feet doesn’t need to cramp anyone’s style.
Taking over the flower counter is Tess Made, a floral company known for wild arrangements featuring unique color combinations and unexpected textures and shapes. Owner and florist Tess Robeson, whose botanical bounties are inspired by the fashion industry, plans to offer exotic varieties of blooming branches, anemones, ranunculus, and peonies this season.
“To work in such a beautiful store with two amazing women in such a cool location is really special,” she says. “It’s the perfect package for me.”

When Clothe+Arrow launched as an online shop in August 2016, owner Brandy Bailey expected to wait several years before opening a brick-and-mortar counterpart. Fast forward three months, and her stock of boho statement pieces had a storefront.
“This whole process has been so easy from the very beginning, it just feels so meant to be,” she says.
Besides kimonos, flowy dresses, and swimwear, Bailey carries accessories, handmade jewelry, and psychedelic tees from brands that aren’t available anywhere else in North County.

At All Ye Citizens, owner and former lifestyle blogger Dani Luecht highlights her collection of handmade and vintage goods by displaying them on crisp white walls and minimalist tables and shelving. Curated wares range from apparel, jewelry, and bath-and-body products to art, macramé, and embroidery-hoop wall hangings, with the majority of makers hailing from North County. An online shop is planned for later this year.
“Supporting makers and artists isn’t just a fad—it’s truly supporting families and dreams,” says Luecht. “What a privilege!”
