Little Italy’s VI | Star (pronounced Six Star) is yet another concoction from Scott Northcote, mastermind of the ultra-posh Botanica florals (now called In/ex) and other local outlets. Vendors and designers each enjoy their own designated space in the shop, deciding independently how to stock their shelves. It’s a collective that rather stylishly comes together under one roof. Vendors are currently selling baby clothes, fragrances, local coffee, flower arrangements, midcentury modern furniture, cocktail accessories, and more. A word to describe VI | Star: Eclectic! Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, and the store is open late during Kettner Nights (September 13, and the second Friday of every month). 2355 India Street, Little Italy
