First Look: Steak 48

With more than 12,000-square-feet or dinging space, for more than 480 guests, the new Steak 49 in Del Mar boasts an in-house butcher shop, a 3,000-bottle wine vault, and eight private dining options. It’s white tablecloth meets meat in an upscale space designed to delight the eyes as much as the mouth. We get a first look at the new steakhouse complete with marvelous martinis and soaring seafood towers.
