Discover a new depth of flavor when you make everything from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Work with masa to create a dough that you will press into soft tortillas. Season and braise chicken with smoky adobo peppers, then slice and dice tomatoes, onions, herbs and lime for a tangy pico de gallo.
