La Jolla Music Society hosted a Mardi Gras-themed affair downtown, with New Orleans-style cuisine and music. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and a sit-down dinner by Giuseppe Restaurants and Fine Catering, followed by a live auction. Guests then paraded down Fourth Avenue to the Balboa Theatre, where they were treated to a performance by the Euphoria Jazz Band and Trey McIntyre Project dance company. Proceeds from the evening will support La Jolla Music Society’s educational and artistic programs.
