URBN St. Brewing Co.’s Head Brewer Callaway Ryan and Executive Chef Alex Carballo will be tapping an all-star lineup of their favorite beers from respected breweries around the nation. Waypoint Public pairs up with the nation’s leading pioneer in the Northwest style sour beer movement, Portland’s Cascade Brewing Company, for one of the most highly anticipated beer dinner collaborations of this year’s SDBW. In a recent collaboration with local craft brewery Thorn St., Puesto has launched its own signature beer on tap, the Guerita Bonita Hibiscus Ale. The slightly pink brew is made using a blonde style ale and Mexican hibiscus to be a light and refreshing balance to the spiciness of Puesto’s dishes.

Beer Garden at the Lodge at Torrey Pines
As the closing event of Beer Week, the Beer Garden brings together the best of San Diego’s breweries and local chefs to celebrate the craft beer movement with 24 breweries and 12 chefs. Each admission includes unlimited tasters of beer and food.

Craft Beer + Bites at SILO in Makers Quarter
Enjoy craft beer from 15 local breweries along with grub from some of San Diego’s best food trucks at the third Craft Beer + Bites. Stay a while and play games or listen to custom tunes by ZB Savoy and Andy Mauser. Other fun features include fashion trucks, live demonstrations of art and a home brewing station with Home Brewers. Back to Beer School Night at URBN St. Brewing Co.
The Urbn St. Brewing Co. team will lead a hands-on, interactive lesson on Craft Beers 101.
